TOLLY is a token launchpad and a DEX on Arc, live on Arc mainnet. A token launches in one transaction paying only gas, its entire supply becomes permanently locked USDC liquidity, and it trades from the first block with no bonding curve and no migration. Every trade pays a 1% pool fee, and where it goes depends on the side, because Uniswap charges the fee in the token going in. On a buy that is USDC: 64% to the creator, 12% to holder rewards, 10% to the protocol, 9% buying TOLLY and removing it from circulation, 5% removing the project token.
